Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience, with substantial related work experience preferred in WIA/WIOA, human resource, job development, case management and/or sales and marketing. Five years supervisory experience, employee engagement, and nonprofit administration, preferred. Any acceptable combination of experience and training which demonstrates the ability to work with adult participants and with the private sector employers. Successful track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets on a regular basis.

A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity is a required qualification.
